wow today was a big big big drive. We did over 270 miles today and we were all a little weary. We still had a chance to stop at various restored service stations, and also met a local artist and looked at his gallery which is filled with pictures and paintings inspired by Route 66.
Dinner was great fun as we went to the Big Texan. We dined on Ribs and steak Texas style and damn it they would have to be the best ribs I have ever tasted in my life. Tomorrow we are heading to New Mexico and will stay at Santa Rosa.
