Welcome to the N.S.W. Chapter of LONGRIDERS CMC AUSTRALIA
The LONGRIDERS Chistian Motorcycle Club was established in New South Wales, in September 1998, as a result of the Christian Riders club merging with the existing Longriders CMC in Victoria and South Australia, thereby forming the fourth chapter of the club.
At the present time, we have chapters in the Newcastle area, Melbourne, Murray Bridge and Adelaide.

Aims

Through Brotherhood, Friendship and Community

   1. To support and encourage members and their families in the faith journey,
   2. To live out our faith in the bike culture, in particular the outlaw biker scene, in a way that encourages others to seek faith in Jesus Christ for themselves,
   3. To encourage members, nominees and associates, and their families to find support in a local church, and
   4. To be a brotherhood of believers with whom other bikers may find acceptance and belonging.

The Ministry
LONGRIDERS CMC New South Wales, mainly ministers in the Hunter Region, with the main focus on the bike scene. As a result of this mission field, we endeavour to associate with bikers in a variety of ways, including attending bike shows and poker runs, invites to other club activities and a variety of other events.

In addition to the bike scene, we have also been able to assist Churches in their outreach events and support local charities. As a result, we have been able to talk at Youth Rallies, at a local Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre as well as give support in a variety of other christian activities.

Can We Help.
LONGRIDERS CMC always tries to be available to assist local churches, charities and other projects to assist the downtrodden, underprivileged and others seeking support. We would be happy to speak or interact in some way at your Outreach Event, check to see if we can work it in with the program that we have running. However, we do request that you please give us plenty of notice, with all the details of the Event, and what you wish to do, so that we can discuss it at our meetings. A period of a few months would be appreciated. If we can assist you in any way, then please contact us.
