Very good original condition and regretful sale, but it has to go. I bought this car in 2007 off a lady who bought it from the first owner in 1984 and I have all original books and manuals and service and repair receipts. I was going to enter the Variety club bash in it but when I realised exactly the modifications needed I changed my mind and the car has sat under a cover in the garage ever since.

This is the last model Leyland made and they finally got it right. This series 111 is offered for sale by the second owners from new, this is a very original car that runs very well. Has a couple of little rust spots, but most of the major rust issues have been dealt with using marine grade products. Still makes me smile when I drive her as these cars have a real presents on the road. Drives well and a very reluctant sale after owning her for over 20 years. Make a great dally drive or a full restoration project as she is very original and a very grand old dame. She has been in storage mostly over the past 10years, prior to this she was used daily and was well maintained.

Very minimal rust, was all repaired previously but some now reappearing under boot rubber, inside boot and on drivers front guard. Was registered when I bought it about 6 years ago, still starts and runs well. Interior badly showing signs of wear and tear and brittle due to sun damage. Comes with original bench seat and fitted buckets. Could easily use as is, but with a bit of TLC will come up great. Has always been garaged.
A dream restoration project for sale!! A classic 1985 XJ6 Sovereign Jag 6 cylinders 4.2L Mostly original parts and condition! (Purchased in 2000) With Pirelli Scorpions tyres, near new condition rear and new front. This car ran like a dream it was so smooth, quiet and comfortable and was husband’s first love! It has plenty of room, and has taken us on long drives all over beautiful South East Queensland. The exterior of the car is Original and shows signs of wear with small rust spots on driver’s side door and some grazing on the passenger back door. Seats are in good condition due to being made using good quality cream doeskin leather. The wood will need to have a refinished with some grazing quoted $150 a few years ago to do this. All door window switches failed at one time, but once the contacts were cleaned they now should work fine. This car is being sold as a project she is not running reliably, with part of our problems relating to our lack of time and mechanical skills. We have not found out why. This is not an ecobox with a short few years of life; she is a classic who needs a better home.

FOR SALE RESTORED RHD 1964 AUSTRALIAN DELIVERED BEL AIR As seen in UNIQUE CARS MAGAZINE Issue 373 March 12 2015. This is the perfect car for a collector or car club enthusiast and might just be the best example of a restored Australian 1964 Bel Air around! The recent extensive bare metal restoration of this 1964 Australian delivered RHD Bel Air, owned by a fastidious perfectionist, has only just been completed. The car has done less than 500km since completion! All restoration and fabrication work was professionally done by the previous owners of Classic Ridz in Caloundra, Queensland with a photographic record and receipts. All repairs were done properly with no bogged up short cuts! THIS CAR IS ABSOLUTELY LASER STRAIGHT WITH NO RUST AT ALL!!! I’ve owned my girl for over 10 years now, with the restoration back to factory stock taking the last 2 years. Many, many thousands of dollars spent on her making sure I went above and beyond to ensure she is as close to possible as she was rolling out the factory door back in 1964. An original code correct one colour car it has been freshly painted in factory Portsea Blue Metallic, with bone interior. All the exterior trim mouldings have either been replaced with OEM parts or tirelessly refurbished by Automotive Moulding Repairs & Polishing. It also has a brand new bonnet, boot lid, grille, front and rear bumpers and front and rear licence plate panels. All NOS taillights were used in the rear and NOS dog dish hubcaps are included. Inside the cabin there have NEVER been any holes cut for speakers or aftermarket radios and the door trims are still original. New carpet was laid and a new headlining installed. The seats have been recovered earlier on in the restoration but have been very well looked after since. The list of items that have been recently refurbished include the steering wheel, original air chief deluxe AM radio restored by Nostalgic Wireless, the dash clock and the dash cluster restored by Lionel Otto Instruments. Many new and refurbished parts inside including new pedal covers, window winders, door handles and many nobs etc. were freshly chrome plated. In the engine bay particular attention has been payed to ensure it is representative of a factory Bel Air as possible. The 283 engine has been completely rebuilt and balanced from ground up with the only modification being so that the heads could accept unleaded petrol and a harmonic balancer. The air cleaner has the original stamp (not the USA decal) on it that the Australian cars came with and all decals used are factory correct. Also rebuilt were the original carburetor, the brakes and power steering with the 2 speed Powerglide and diff only needing a full service. The car has been rust proofed, had new rubbers and felts fitted and all the windows have had scratches professionally polished out. Extras include the original manuals and an original refurbished 1960’s hydraulic jack. The car is on Queensland club registration which cannot be transferred, but will come with a RWC. Inspections by genuine buyers can be organised on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
