This is a 1940s ('46? - '41 or '42?) Chevrolet flatbed truck which is in a very dry area of far Western NSW. It was assembled or manufactured in Australia by GMH Holden under licence. Being such a dry area with very little rainfall there is mainly surface rust not structural. We also have a '54 Chev cab listed here in a separate ad & other brands of trucks including Dodge, Leyland, Inter etc. Other vintage cars & trucks available on an ongoing basis. Inspection welcome by appointment bearing in mind we have to drive seven hours to meet you there. We can possibly help with transport for a fee though would prefer if you can pickup yourself. Access is good right up to where the truck is sitting. Inquiries to Simon Szenes

1984 Chevy G20 Van This is a Californian lived van until the last couple of years and it’s just the most amazing van, it has to be one of the best vans in Australia, it’s got a few trophies that come with it from when it was shown in America and is such a cool and legit 80’s custom van. It’s got a near new 350 V8 and 700R auto trans that was fitted a couple of years ago and done less than 1000 miles since, being a bit newer it’s got tilt column, central locking, power windows, air conditioning/heat and power steering… Now this van is cleeean! Paint is beautiful and it’s been hand pinstriped, wheel arch flares and front spoiler, front visor with working truck lights… a lot of the finishes on this van are gold and it’s has some great legit and expensive period accessories and it just has period touches around it that keep this van so on point it’s got to turn up and make a pretty big impact with the Australian van scene. Shag carpet and brown trim throughout keeps a clean consistent theme and with only the bench rear that folds to a bed and a removable table in the rear you could leave it as is or add to it and make this van as crazy as you want. Crager wheels, white letter tyers, side pipes and spoilers all add up to make this van one of the most vantastic vans on the street. These traditional vans have gained huge popularity and taking big dollars in America and while many of them are modified a bit too far, this is a very tasteful custom van. If you dig this van the only sleeping you’d want to do is in the back of it cos they just don’t present themselves like this in America let alone Australia. It’s all about being free baby… being free.
