Manheim is conducting a major auction program of a wide variety of earthmoving, materials handling and other heavy equipment on behalf of the Department of Defence during August.

A wide range of tractors, rollers, cranes and other earthmoving and materials handling equipment will be offered in a series of auctions around the country. In all over 50 pieces of machinery and equipment will be offered at auction.

Manheim’s National Remarketing Manager (Department of Defence), Michael Smith, is anticipating strong interest in this sale from the building and construction industries as well as the material handling industry.
“Defence equipment is always highly sought after by private and business buyers as it is well maintained gear. With the auctions taking place in a number of Manheim locations around Australia and beamed live on the internet via Simulcast, buyers will be able to participate online nationally & internationally.”

Hobart – August 10

Townsville – August 16

Darwin – August 22

Items can be inspected at Manheim locations in the lead up to each auction and on the morning of the auction itself.
